Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a separate notification when it has shipped.

Shipping Time Once your order has been processed and shipped, please allow approximately 7-10 business days for delivery. Total delivery time is typically 10-14 business days from the date of purchase.

Shipping Destinations We currently ship to the United States, UK, and Poland. We hope to expand to other countries soon.

Order Tracking Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Delays While we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to high demand, carrier delays, or customs processing. These situations are outside our control but we will always do our best to keep you informed.
