The scent is better than expected. The lavender smells like lavender, not like a manufactured scent. Very fresh and great light mist. Only drawback is the fragrance doesn’t linger but for a few minutes.

You definitely don’t need much, a lil goes a long way, use sparingly. Nice smell, but it can be overwhelming.I spray a lil on sheet, pillow and fall asleep instantly. Its refreshing to wake up alert snd rested.

I love this side am I spray it on my bed sheets every night before I go to bed. It helps me to fall asleep and stay asleep. I used to use Bath & Body works but they've added vanilla and everything else that they could put into it. This is much better than BBW. Bonus!!
