I bought one back in November and I loved it. It is definitely a firmer pillow. One way I fluffed it up is to throw it in the dryer. A good cold pillow for hot sleepers.
I've have this pillow for a few months now and the sleep quality hasn't diminished at all. I noticed that when I roll the pillow every night it really helps support my neck and holds my head evenly all night. I highly recommend buying this pillow if you can appreciate a soft but supportive pillow that lasts.... quality stuff👍
I have very mangled disks in my C spine* and have found one other comfortable pillow, but this is the one I want to be buried with.* Seriously. I get the real drugs for the pain, the ones that caused that whole crisis thing.
Got the set over the 1 pack. Glad I did. My husband and I love these. I like it full. He likes it a little softer and took out some stuffing. Works great for us both. Definitely recommend these pillows from NovaFlow.
It is way too firm for me. It would have been better if there was a fluffy version. I ended up giving it away.
I love this pillow. I can’t sleep without it, I’ve had it almost a year and it is still very firm!!! I suffer from severe night sweats and this pillow doesn’t completely solve my problems but I don’t wake up looking like I just came out of a pool either anymore!
Would be a nice pillow if it were actually a queen. Size is smaller than a standard pillow. Should be advertised as a standard not queen. Size was actually printed on label. Sure the king would be ok if you want a king.
It has held up fairly well but I’ve noticed the foam expanded and it made the quality of comfort dissipate. I’ve had to remove half the filling but it has a hard time retaining shape.
Perfect king size pillows! Firm and supportive, yet just the right amount of fluff. I have lots of different pillows that I've tried and right now this is my favorite! I would buy again!

I bought this exact pillow at a health fair. It’s overstuffed, but I like it that way. You can remove the memory foam stuffing to your liking. I don’t wake up with neck pains and I sleep better than I ever have. One side of the pillow isn’t cold, the other side is cooling. It’s actually pretty cold. I prefer the other side. This is the best pillow, I love it!

The pictures and descriptions are spot on. I went from 2-3 regular pillows to just this 1. I like softer pillows but the memory foam and makeup of this pillow really provides me great comfort and sleep. I workout 5 times a week, so proper recovery and sleep are priorities.

This pillow was majorly overstuffed. I’ve bought this kind of pillow before and it was not this hard and thick. Luckily there is a zipper to the foam and I removed almost half of it to make it useable. It's great now. So if you have issues with it being too hard, definitely remove some of the foam.
I am a side sleeper and bought these pillows for it's cooling feature. It's a very comfortable pillow but a bit too high for side sleeping. It is very comfortable for back sleeping. Once it has been broken in, I'm sure it will be great for side sleeping also

This is one of the most uncomfortable pillows I have ever used. It arrives fully stuffed. Before removing any fluff, I slept on it one night. It was awful. My neck was killing me in the morning. I took out some stuffing. Enough to fill 2 one gallon zip lock bags. It was okay for a couple nights but then it seems to harden up. Woke up on like day 4 with a stiff neck again. I will keep removing the foam until it is comfortable however, it does seem the foam does get hard after sleeping on it a few nights which is weird to me. I've never had a pillow do that. I can't recommend the pillow. If it works for others, I'm happy for them. But for me, it seems to be a no.
This pillow is awesome and the price is reasonable. It is better than a more expensive pillow that I purchased two years ago that I am now replacing with this one. It's comfortable, easy to adjust, provides the support I was missing, and it's the best sleep quality I've had in weeks. I have psoriatic arthritis and one of the areas that is most effected is my neck. It can be very debilitating so it is very important that I have a good pillow. I'm also disabled and on a tight budget. I'm going to be recommending this pillow to my psoriatic arthritis support group and anyone else who wants a comfortable yet affordable pillow. Thank you!
